Yellow travertine in Madrid with stone cladding. Single-family home featuring travertine cladding in a stone tile format, 30cm wide and 2cm thick.
The house is located in the Las Rozas area. The construction process took 24 months to complete.
The facade stone has a natural finish, capable of withstanding the elements without requiring any type of treatment. This makes it one of the most in-demand stones in the natural stone market for this type of solution. At the same time, it has made yellow travertine in Madrid a great alternative.
For this project, we also utilized a standard pour-in-place facade installation system with flexible adhesive, attaching the pieces to the facade with double steel clips.
The flooring of this home with yellow travertine in Madrid also includes the application of the same marble in the same travertine tile format. In this case, the outdoor floors were installed with a cross-cut finish, natural travertine, also without the need for any treatment.
Accompanying the floors, we have the pool with a travertine stone coping, the same material as the flooring. To finish the exterior, we also installed the same material inside the pool, achieving continuity throughout the home’s outdoor areas.
Inside the home, we have travertine tiles, also respecting the same format. For this yellow travertine project in Madrid, we employed pore-filling treatments. This is being executed with special products to ensure durability.
In the bathrooms, a classic like travertine bathrooms could not be missing, also applied with special mastics. On the countertops of these marble bathrooms, we can observe the solution of travertine sinks, where we also used the same texture.
